          Cayleigh Carter gave up one hit and had 5 Ks in the three inning win. East Laurens, aided by 14 walks, got 3-RBI games from Olivia Luecke and Olivia Channell, with one hit each. Kaitlyn Cheek had two of EL’s seven hits.

FPD 16, Wilkinson County 3

GMC 8, Glascock County 0

          Makenna Talcott went 3-for-3 with 2 RBI, and Brooke Sheffield and Whitley Ward added two hits each, Sheffield driving in a pair for GMC.  Bella Herring struck out nine in four innings, teaming with Cade Bass for a no-hitter.

Hawkinsville 10, Wilcox County 0

          Kristen Wolters had two hits and three RBI to lead the Red Devils.

Houston County 10, Veterans 0

          The visitors got half of their total in the first two innings. Aice Thomas had three hits, with two from Madi Campbell, Lauren Ross (four RBI), Makayla Krepps, and Averi Martin. Olivia Brown (four IP) and Rylee Lamb (two IP) teamed for the three-hit shutout.

Jones County 14, Stockbridge 1

          Ten runs in the first two innings was enough for the Greyhounds, who got a four-inning one-hitter from Destin Howard, who had seven strikeouts and a walk. Macy Norman and Stephanie Youngblood had three hits each and teamed for six RBI. Kaitlyn Quillen and Howard added two hits each.

Perry 11, Spalding 5

          The Panthers scored in six innings, and took advantage of four Spalding errors. Terra Odom, AliRae Dykes, Miranda Lawhorn, and Carsen Garner had two hits each for Perry, Dykes and Lawhorn adding two RBI each.

Piedmont 4, Fullington 3

          Madison Johnson capped a 3-for-4 3-RBI day with the game-winning walk-off single, bringing in Maddie Morton.

Rutland 17, Westside 0

          Amber Summerday fanned three in the three-inning no-hitter. Bailey Caldwell went 3-for-4 with 4 RBI, and Kinleight Kind 3-for-3 with 3.

Tattnall 8, ACE 0

          ACE matched its hit total with its error total, and five Tattnall runs were unearned. Jaelyn Darley, Kaitlyn Hallman, and Courtney Ball had two hits for Tattnall, Darley and Hallman scoring three times and Ball driving in three runs.

Westfield 8, Southland 0

          Riley Hickok struck out five in a perfect game for the  Hornets, boosted at the plate by two-hit games from Ellie Williams, Marena Knowles, and Avery Adams to go with Emma Williams’ 3-for-4 day.

West Laurens 5, Howard 3

          Both teams scored two in the 10th to keep the game going, but the Raiders’ two in the 11th went unanswered. Mallory Powell and Payten Strickland came in on Kendall Morton’s double in the top of the 11th.
