Mercer men cruise in exhibition
Ethan Stair scored 23 points and lead four Bears in double figures as Mercer topped St. Andrews 86-55 in a men’s basketball exhibition game at Hawkins Arena.
St. Andrews, an NAIA program in North Carolina, was home to former Mercer guard Andrew Brown as head coach for three seasons.
The Bears open the season on Nov. 6 at St. Johns.
