Braves Report
Atlanta turned a 2-0 deficit after four to a tie in the fifth and a 5-2 lead after six, and rolled to a 10-2 win at Kansas City.
Leadoff batter Dansby Swanson went off with a 4-for-6 night with two runs and two RBI, and Josh Donaldson matched it with a 3-for-6 game, four RBI and two runs.
Nick Markakis had two hits, giving the revamped top four in the lineup a 10-for- 19 game with six runs and nine RBI.
Seven pitchers went for Atlanta, teaming for an astonishing 14 strikeouts against no walks, with eight hits. Luke Jackson whiffed four in 1.1 innings to improve to 9-2.
