H.B. 755 “"which will allow college athletes to receive a postgraduate stipend for participating in certain athletic events,” according to a release.

Another assistant coach leaves Georgia
James Coley, named Georgia’s offensive coordinator on Jan. 11, 2019 and replaced as Georgia’s offensive coordinator on Jan. 16, 2020, is headed to Texas A&M.
Since the end of the season, Sam Pittman left to be head coach at Arkansas, and Georgia added Todd Monken as offensive coordinator and Buster Faulkner as an offensive analyst.
Matt Luke, not long after being fired as head coach at Mississippi, replaced Pittman for Georgia’s Sugar Bowl game.
The coordinator shuffle could cost Georgia some money.
Coley was offensive coordinator for the 2019 season, one loaded with wide receiver injuries, followed by struggles with quarterback Jake Fromm, a mediocre running game behind an offensive line that failed to live up to preseason hype.
Dell McGee and Glenn Schumann are the only members of Kirby Smart’s original staff still at Georgia.
