Stratfordâs Cephus pulls down big TD pass
Quintez Cephus has been on and off Detroitâs game-day roster, but has fared pretty well when given the chance.
He finally hit paydirt on Sunday, hauling in a 49-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford, making an athletic catch after some improvising from Stafford during the play.
Detroit won 34-30.
The Stratford grad now has 14 catches for 237 yards and a score.
It was good timing, because the Lions made a move a few days earlier that put some focus in his direction.
