Thursday's Daily News 'n Notes: Things to get quiet; Braves Report; surreal day; full Scoreboard

Thursday's Central Georgia - and of interest to Central Georgia - news and notes, compiled from staff reports, email reports, the web, and social media. Updates will be noted, so check back.

The only Scoreboard for Central Georgians is here

A day like no other

And it gives us a March – and April – unlike any other, with no Madness, a Masters on the clock, and big events with no fans.

In the area and state, high schools make the decision to play or not, and the area college athletes are on extended spring breaks.

Central Georgia’s only full review and recap – updated – is in The Coverage.
