Savannah pulls away late to beat Bacon
A seven-run eighth inning broke open Savannahās 8-2 win over host Macon.
The Bananas outhit the Bacon 13-2, and had a quality night on the mound with 11 strikeouts and three walks to five and six for Macon. The Bacon managed just six hits.
