The pitchers duel lasted four innings, Houston County leading 2-1. Then the Bears went off for 10 runs in the next three innings. Treyson Hughes, Trent Ringer, Gage Harrelson, and EJ Lewis had two hits each, Lewis with three RBI on a double and triple. Harrelson scored three times at leadoff. Coleman Willis, who had two RBI, went six innings and struck out nine with a walk and five hits. Tristen Freis had two of Perry’s five hits.

Mount de Sales 8, Central 4
The Cavs broke a 2-2 tie with four in the top of the fifth and stymied the Chargers’ rally. Jordan Green and GlenKeith Phillip had two hits each for MdS, while Brandon Barnes and Christian Hill had two-hit nights for Central. Green fanned seven in five innings.

Grayson Aldridge led the Trojans with four goals, JMA getting a goal from Gavin Gignilliat, Carson Tom, and Hutner Hudson, Tommy Collier with three assists, and Hudson and Shay Nesmith with one each.
