Central Georgia's high school football rankings

Suddenly, Division I is down, and the number of “rankable” teams is dropping a little.

See, “rankable” is different than just being next in line, what with a “No.” next to a team.

And Division II is jammed, with about three levels of rankabilty. Teams with sub-.500 records are rankable.

In Division II, it’s pretty close from 1-7, and from the tie at 8 through about the next half-dozen teams. Another frisky week awaits.

Division I (5A, 4A, 3A) 12 teams

Division II (2A, A, GIAA) 33 teams

8. Brentwood, 9-1/Stratford 8-2

7. Dodge County, 7-2

6. Bleckley County, 7-2

5. Jasper County, 9-0

4. John Milledge, 8-1

3. Dublin, 7-2

2. Lamar County, 9-0
