Goodness.
Only four Division I teams are in the postseason after an odd, funky year for Central Georgia’s bigger schools.
Of course, it’s been a funky year for Central Georgia’s smaller teams, too, but a big chunk of Division II GHSA teams are playing an 11th game.
It’s hard to imagine anything changing the rest of the way in Division I, but Division II could go kinda crazy each week of the playoffs.
But know this: Division I could be down to two playoff teams after the first round, and Division II will be havoc after next week’s games, GHSA and GIAA.
Division I (5A, 4A, 3A) 12 teams
5. Jones County, 6-4; Mary Persons, 5-5
4. Warner Robins, 6-4

2. West Laurens, 10-0
1. Houston County, 9-1
Division II (2A, A, GIAA) 33 teams
10. FPD 7-3
8. Brentwood, 9-1/Stratford 8-2
6. Bleckley County, 8-2
