All-SIAC football: Southwest’s Searcy, Warner Robins’ Stovall
A pair of Central Georgia alums made the All-SIAC first team in football this week.
Junior offensive lineman Noah Stovall of Warner Robins made the first team on offense for Albany State, which is 9-1/8-8-0 and plays Benedict Saturday in the SIAC Championship.
Junior defensive back Travion Searcy of Southwest made the first team at defensive back for Central State in Ohio, which finished tied for seventh with a 3-5 league mark, 3-7 overall.
