The Bulldogs were down 3-1 at halftime. Connor Vantone’s long free kick somehow cruised into the net to pull the Bulldogs within 1. Thomas Kine’s corner kick tied it with three minutes left in regulation. After a scoreless first overtime, the Bulldogs wasted little time, getting the game-winner from Jordan Mullis, who drilled it from close in to the left side, leaving the keeper no shot in the first minute of the second overtime.

They rallied with two goals – a header from Jack Carter and sliding goal from Sohan Patel - in about a minute to make it a battle with 10 minutes left. But ACE couldn’t manage a tying goal against a solid No. 18 seed to finish 12-7.
