Decker, Ham to represent Macon in CPL All-Star game here
Houston County grad and Mercer sophomore Kai Decker and Billy Ham are the two Macon players selected for the Coastal Plain League All-Star Game.
The rosters were announced Monday.
Luther Williams will host the two days of festivities, on July 6 and July 7, including an all-star show and skills challenge.
Ham is a senior first baseman from Las Vegas who plays at Nevada-Reno. He is batting .354 with 2 homers and 12 RBI.
Decker is 0-1 with a save, and 20 strikeouts and eight walks in 13.1 innings, owning a 2.02 ERA, with opponents batting only .045 against him.
