Avery Edalgo and Giselle Giles teamed to hold Jefferson County hitless in the shortened game, Edalgo with 7 strikeouts in 3 innings. Reese Thames drove in 3 runs on 2 hits, Ava Allen putting up 3 hits with Kinsley Lineberger and Avery Stone with 2 hits each, Stone swiping 2 bases. In the nightcap, Thames had 2 hits and 2 RBI to lead ACE.

Brentwood 15, Gatewood 0
Cadence English drove in 4 runs on just 1 hit, Camryn Hancock and Lily Vaughn with 2 hits each for the War Eagles.

Cairo 12, Peach County 11, 10 inn.
Peach County took the lead in the top of the 10th, but Cairo combined a steal, 2 wild pitches, a walk and single for the walk-off win. Cairo led 6-4 after 1. T Marable, Shaniyah Gibson, and Saniya Martin each had 2 hits for Peach County.

Dublin 24, Southwest 1
New Dublin head coach Josh McLendon’s 300th career win was an easy one. A 16-run second inning put Dublin in charge. The Irish had 24 hits and drew 13 walks. Bri Daniel, El Stubbs and Anya Stanley had 2 hits each, Stubbs with 3 RBI and Daniel and Stanley with 2 each.

East Laurens 3, Bleckley County 1
Both teams had 4 errors, the Falcons’ 3-run first holding up behind Danielle Lowther’s 2 hits and 2 RBI.

FPD 13, Stratford 0, 4 inn
Gracyn Fuller had 3 hits and 4 RBI to lead the Vikings’ 16-hit attack. She also struck out 4 with no walks or hits in 4 innings. L Jones and A Arnold also had 3 hits, E Morgan driving in 3 runs on 2 hits.

John Milledge 6, Tattnall 1
Emma Hudgins went 3for 3 to lead Jhon Milledge’s 14-hit attack. Addie Latimer got the complete-game 6-hit win.

Mary Persons 17, Upson-Lee 1, 3 inn.
The Bulldogs needed only 9 hits, thanks to 8 Knight errors. Sara Grace Errera had 3 hits and 4 RBI to lead the Bulldogs.

Perry 13, Warner Robins 1. 4 inn.
Natalie Myers went 3 for 3, including a triple, and Addison Sisa went 3 for 3 to lead Perry, aided by 6 Demon errors.

Piedmont 23, Mount de Sales 2
Kolbee Osborne drove in 5 runs on 3 hits – two doubles and a homer – for the Cougars, who had 14 hits and drew 11 walks. Ardin Herring and Sarah Ellen Stroud also had 3 hits, and Madelynn Norton drove in 4 runs on 2 hits.

Maddy Kinkade’s double brought in Rayven Hodridge with the winning run in a walk-off. Kinkade and Rizzy White each had 2 hits for the Warhawks, who got the tying run on Hodridge’s single and an error. Armani Frazier had 3 hits for the Bears.

Windsor 12, CFCA 3, 6 inn.
Kyndall Bowen belted 2 homers and drove in 4 runs for the Knights, who scored 9 runs in the final 3 innings. Abby Price, Maddie Price, and Bowen had 2 hits to go with Sealy Dent’s 3 hits.
