The Trojans came back from a 5-2 deficit with 4 in the fourth. Alyssa Crozier, Lucy Warnock, and Jaiden Carroll each had 2 hits, Warnock and Carroll teaming for 5 RBI. Kinley Howard had 3 hits – including a homer - and Adalyn Puckett 2 for the Eagles.
Tift County 7, Houston County 4
Ann Marie DeFore and Olivia Buffone had 2 hits each for Houston County, which trailed 6-1 after 3.
Treutlen 12, Dublin 8
Dublin took an lead with 4 in the sixth, only for Treutlen to counter with 5 in the bottom half. Jaymi McLendon went 3 for 4 for Dublin, with a triple.
West Laurens 5, Perry 2
The Raiders led from the start, with 2 in the first and 3 in the third, holding Perry to 1 hit.
Westfield 4, Lanier County 3, 8 inn.
The Hornets scored 3 runs in the final 2 innings to tie, and won it when Savannah Scarisbrick was hit with the bases loaded. Addison Happel went 3 for 4, with a sixth-inning homer. Starting pitcher Camilla Bloodworth fanned 8 in 5.2 innings, but Lindy Hair got the win.

Kyndall Bowen went 4 for 4, with 2 doubles and 3 RBI, also getting the win, the Knights ending it with 8 in the fifth. Abagail Price, Lily Perry, and Rayne Wesson combined for six hits. Ten of Windsor’s runs were unearned, thanks to 7 errors.

Southwest welcomes Bleckley County
Reminders of last year’s game aren’t necessary for either team.
Southwest stunned the No. 9 hosts with a 30-29 win, part of Bleckley County’s season of close losses. The Royals finished 5-7, but outscored opponents by 11 points a game.
The Patriots broke a 3-game losing streak with the win, Southwest’s best of the eason by far, its only win against a playoff team, and first such win since 16-11 over Bleckley County to end the 2019 season.
The teams kick off at 7 p.m. at Thompson Stadium.
Southwest is eyeing its third 2-2-or-better start since 200, while trying to expand on its 4-2 series lead.
