The Bears ended the Warhawks season in an elimination game, a 5-run third putting Houston County in control. Piper Lambert and Armani Frazier each had 3 hits for Houston County, Frazier driving in 5 runs and Ann Marie DeFore 3. Emily Stokes had 2 hits for Veterans.

Top seed South Effingham got revenge from Wednesday’s 2-1 loss to Houston County, the Mustangs breaking a 2-all tie with 5 runs in the third and holding Houston County (25-12) to 3 hits.
