Hawks are the Hawks, but Trae Young is ballin’

The latest from the Atlanta guard?

A career high 18 assists to go with 39 points in Atlanta’s 127-117 win over Philadelphia.

Young had a double-double before the end of the first, and led Atlanta with his fifth straight double-double with at least 13 assists.

The last player with 25 points  and more than 10 assists in any half was Kobe Bryant on March 6, 2013.

It was a nice present for Pauline Beasley, who celebrated her 102nd birthday at the game.

Hall graduated from Wagner in 2003, after being the NEC rookie of the year. The 1999 Dublin grad is second in scoring at Wagner, and had played nearly two decades abroad, mostly in Israel.
