          Regan Foster doubled in runner Taylor Ann Martin with the winner in the bottom of the eighth for the Gryphons. Foster had three hits and two RBI, while Dixiana Sims and Mary Elizabeth Ballard had two hits each. Ballard and Sims teamed for the win.

Bleckley County 7, Hawkinsville 3

Houston County 8, Northside 4

Rutland 5, Perry 2

          Three in the sixth were the difference. Taylor Stewart and Kinleigh King had three hits each for the Hurricanes, who got the complete-game win from Amber Summerday.

Jackson 3, Upson-Lee 0

Pike County 3, Peach County 0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-13)

          The 15-9 Trojans will play either host Jackson at 5:30 p.m. Thursday for third place in 2-AAA.
