The current situation has inspired millions to clean up and throw out. Years of old sports sections have sat quietly for years, and the disposing of began. But it got interesting to look at things a full decade ago. So while resuming Catching Up With, we bring you Looking Back at 2010, a week's worth, coming around lunchtime Monday. The Sports Report of Central Georgia.

          The school made the announcement Sunday afternoon.

          Burg has been a key member of Chris Beard’s staff at Texas Tech, helping the Red Raiders go 94-44 in four seasons.

          Burg has experience in the Sun Belt at Arkansas-Little Rock, with Beard, and in this region as an assistant at Campbell when the Camels were Atlantic Sun members and rivals of Mercer. The Houston native also was on the staff of Kermit Davis at Middle Tennessee State, as well as at two junior colleges.
