          The Eagles trailed 2-1 after one, but put up six in the fourth and fifth innings, surviving five errors. Aleigha Evans and Rylie Youngblood had three hits each, with two from Kennadi Rozier, Bailey Carreker, Riley Scaggs, and Selena Linsenbach. Kryssi Maddox with 6.1 in relief for the win.

Rutland 13, Howard 5

          Rutland sent 14 batters to the plate in a 10-run sixth to overcome a 5-3 deficit. Hannah Scott had three hits and two runs to lead Rutland, while Kiely Bryant, Katelyn Green, Amber Summerbay, Lacey Caldwell, and Cierra Passmore had two hits each, Bryant with two RBI and Passmore with three runs. Megan Sharpe went 3 for 3 with two runs and RBI for Howard, Sidnee McElveen adding two hits. Rutland improved to 5-0 and 4-0/4-4A while Howard fell to 2-7 and 1-3.

Tattnall 3, Mount de Sales 1

          The Cavs had three times as many hits, but the Trojans three times the runs. Tattnall made the most of three hits, while MdS had nine hits and stranded nine, to four for the Trojans. Hailey Daughtry got the complete-game win with five Ks and a walk.

          The Hornets put up 11 in the fourth inning of the first game to cruise behind Sydney Langdon’s six-strikeout, one-walk three-hitter. Emmy Dehem drove in two runs on two doubles, Langdon and Carliegh Knowles and Sadie Hayes with two hits each. Hayes and Emma Williams had three hits each in the nightcap, Williams getting the four-inning win with six strikeouts and no walks.
