Henley finishes strong at Memorial
An eagle was the highlight of Russell Henley’s best round at The Memorial in Ohio, helping him to his best round of the weekend.
Henley had five birdies and two bogeys for a 4-under day and 1-under tournament, good for a tie for 22nd, with Matt Kuchar, Shane Lowry, and Kurt Kitayama, among others.
He eagles the par-4 445-yard No. 6, going 297 yards off the tee and dropping it in the hole from 148 yards. He finished the day with two birdies.
After this week off, Henley is back in action at the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills in New York.
