A Greyhound, Eagle, and Viking earn Macon TD Club honors
Players from Jones County, Stratford, and FPD are the latest honorees by the Macon Touchdown Club.
Back: Jones County sophomore wideout J.R. Richardson caught 4 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown in the 45-14 loss to Houston County.
Lineman: Stratford sophomore linebacker Aaron Jefferson racked up 19 tackles, a sack and a tackle for loss in the Eagles’ 38-0 victory over Brookstone.
Special teams: Junior returner/ DB Cason Chatfield of FPD totaled 95 yards in returns, including an 81-yard return for a touchdown. He had a 20-yard reception and 3 tackles and 1 interception in the Vikings’ 48-19 win over George Walton.
